Whether you are looking for an overnight stop on a long trip or even a quick weekend getaway, I love how it has so many options for types of places to visit that support local businesses and non-profits. This app has evolved so much and is awesome. I love all the filters and hashtag search. The trip planner is one of my favorite features. When I have needed assistance, I have always gotten an actual person to speak with, and they are so knowledgeable and willing to assist. Love this app and being a member of RVO. No person would call me back. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t fit on the screen of my iPhone or iPad *2025-01-23, version 2.0* Pretty big failure that the “continue” button is unreachable when trying to sign up with the service. I can see it down at the bottom of the screen on both my iPhone and iPad, but cannot click on it. It’s not possible since you have to hold the scroll down all the way to even see it. I’ve tried to be fair, but am tired of deleting and reloading the app with no reliability improvement. I have full signal and still the same intermittent time wasting behaviors. My Harvest Hosts app continues to work reliably and is still my go-to. I’d be glad to work with a developer in real time, but the long delayed responses by email indicate my issues are not a priority. ### 2/5 — Pretty Buggy App and Website *2025-01-22, version 2.0* New user but experienced with technology. I downloaded the app and immediately had issues with it locking up. Then the map would disappear when you zoomed in on an area but not reappear if you zoomed out. I tested this on the app and website and it performed similarly. A way to search for places to get your rig washed. I am finding this to be the most difficult thing to do. Most campsites in California don’t allow you to wash your rig. As a full timer I don’t have a home to take it to to wash. Please add this as something we can search for.
