We picked up the camper . Set it up and things were good . Then the event I was attending got canceled.Rained all weekend in the Portland/Vancouver areas . I notified Aaron as soon as I found out about the cancellation. Agreed to get it returned the next day . Aaron denied all my requests for any kind of refund . I reserved it for 3 days used it for 1. Was willing to split the difference and pay for 2 nights . Nope he would not refund me any of my money .... because he "could" have rented it to someone else. He was so worried about loosing any money he forgot that I paid $787 for one night . At least RVezy was fair . They have zero respect for hosts and completely lack basic communication etiquette. No Support for Owners: My RV was returned damaged (broken sliding panel) and covered in pet hair in direct violation of the policy, yet this company refused to cover the actual repair and detailing costs. Rude & Unprofessional: The way they communicate with hosts is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Unfair Claims Process: They side with rule-breakers and leave hosts to pay out-of-pocket for guest damage. They do not protect the owners who supply vehicles for their platform. Both times found myself dealing with RV owners who weren’t forthcoming about problems. Problems ranging from the basic drivability and condition of repair of the vehicles, to cleanliness, and worst of all black tank problems—both times. But be careful when it comes to the final price. They will show one price per night while you are looking at the options. Very difficult to use. At least for me. It logs me out all the time. And impossible to log back in. Unhelpful and rude staff, just say no to everything. I would recommend checking their BBB reviews to see how this company operates. This is very important for host user. Also the app obviously has some bugs, as when you open the app, it has a new look but it doesn’t function properly. Owner said "well you can cancel". We did. Owner took the unit away then denied ever saying that. RVezy kept our $1200.00 deposit and we of course list all of our reservation deposits.
