## What is RVG?

Calculate German Fees for Attorneys and Court 2025. 

How expensive is a German civil Lawsuit? How much may a German Attorney charge? What are the costs for the court. RVG-PRO calculates Court fees and Lawyer fees on the basis of the German RVG (Federal Act on Lawyer Remuneration ("RVG")). These fees depend on the amount in dispute which is the value of the procedure. RVG-PRO calculates these costs.

RVG-PRO has been created for professional use by lawyers, attorneys, judges in Germany. If you know the value of dispute and that court fees has to be paid factor 3 and lawyer fees occur (minimum) factor 2.5 you get the idea how much the whole procedure may cost.

Die App funktioniert sehr gut, was man wohl auch erwarten darf. Allerdings kann man keine Vergleichsmehrwerte in die Berechnung einbeziehen (oder habe ich das etwa übersehen?), was zB in arbeitsrechtlichen Verfahren regelmäßig benötigt wird. Insofern weckt die Bezeichnung RVG-PRO Erwartungen, die nicht erfüllt werden. Bitte nachbessern! Andere Apps können das auch.

Die App ist absolut zu empfehlen! Tatsächlich könnten so langsam die Gebührensätze für 2021 kostenfrei eingepflegt werden. Ich selbst nutze die Pro-Version. Ein Stern Abzug ist wohl noch gerechtfertigt, da z.B. die 0,4 Gebühr für Zwangsversteigerungsverfahren nach Nr. 3311 und Nr. 3312 VV RVG nicht vorgegeben ist.

Leider die einzige App mit aktualisierter Tabelle. Es lässt sich nicht jeder Gebührensatz einstellen. Man kann nur einen „Gesamtgebührensatz“, falls vorhanden, ansetzen. Differenzierung von Gebühren mit unterschiedlichen Gegenstandswerten ist nicht möglich. Der Kauf hat sich für mich nicht gelohnt, da ich dann doch individuell nachrechnen musste. Wenn man nur auf die Schnelle eine Einschätzung braucht, ok.

iPhone SE: trotz bezahltem Update sind die 2021 Tabellen nicht nutzbar!

**Developer response:** Möglicherweise wurde der In-App-Kauf unterbrochen. Work-Around: 1. Neueste IOS Version in Einstellungen/Allgemein/Softwareupdate laden. 2. App löschen. 3. Aus dem App Store RVG-Pro neu laden. 4. In der App das Logo drücken und unter "In-App Käufe" auf "Käufe wiederherstellen" wählen. 5. Warten bis ein grüner Haken erscheint. 6. Falls die App dies nicht freischaltet erneut auf Kaufen drücken. Appel rechnet gekaufte Items nicht doppelt ab.

Die App ist absolut zu empfehlen, da man mit wenig Aufwand zur entsprechenden Berechnung kommt. Ein Muss für Praktiker.
Eine Frage/Bitte hätte ich aber noch : gab es nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, die Berechnung auf der Watch zu führen? Leider geht das jetzt nicht mehr. Wäre schön, wenn die Funktion (wieder) eingeführt wird.
