## What is RVG?

Seit dem 1. Juli 2004 gilt das Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (abgekürzt RVG) als Grundlage der Abrechnung für Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte. Dieser kleine Rechner hilft dabei, die Vergütung über den Gegenstandswert (den Streitwert), den Faktor für die geleistete Tätigkeit und optional den Gerichtskosten-Faktor zu bestimmen. Was früher in kleingedruckten Tabellen abgelesen werden musste, können Sie jetzt nach § 13 RVG über diese komfortable Applikation ermitteln - die Sie mit Ihrem iPhone oder iPad immer dabei haben.
