As a professional dancer, I’m always looking for great exercises and workouts to help me condition, strengthen, cross train, and prehab/rehab injuries. Amped RX offers easy to follow exercises that I can take with me anywhere I go. The videos are clear and easy to follow. I love that I can customize each session to focus on Soreness, Fatigue, Mobility, or Mindfulness. I can also choose the length of each session so I can still workout even when I’m short on time.
