App crashes frequently. Don’t know how to access the goal settings that it is advertising. Otherwise, pretty good tracker. **Developer response:** We plan to add the HCPCS code set this fall. We are constantly improving the app and encourage our users to report any issues to support@rvuwallet.com. Goal tracking will be available next year. We apologize for the confusion. ### 3/5 — Really like the app when it works *2022-09-13* The app is great when it works. Crashes frequently though. When trying to look up or select a CPT or search for a Procedure it will show a result for about 1 sec and then all the results will disappear as if the search results are nil. Also when selecting “add case/save case” the case may or may not show up… As of now very frustrating, but I’m hopeful with feedback it could be fixed… easily a $10 app if it worked reliably. **Developer response:** Please update the app. V2.0 resolves this issue. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-12-17* It worked for a while and the. A blue dot appeared and I can’t open the app. I paid 120 dollars twice. Don’t waste your money. And now it’s not working. **Developer response:** We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! That’ll help us check your account and fix it quickly. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-10-27* Lost all of my info with new update! Cannot open the app at all!! Very upset!!! **Developer response:** Please update the app. Find the Recover Data shortcut on the Summary page of the app. Review all past data and select the ones you want to recover. ### 2/5 — Great when I it works. *2025-10-08* I have had it for about 8 months and it seems to be getting worse rather than better with updates. They have added a password, now uses cloud which makes it slower, having issues with identifying the active subscription making it less dependable. Great when it works, frustrating when it doesn’t. ### 2/5 — Was working well *2025-06-16* It was great before. Then an update and now I have to sign in with password that never works. I have had to reset my password every time. Won’t use my Face ID. You have to push add more times. It’s was way more streamlined before. I have no private information on it. Don’t know why I need password sign in. Lots of duplicates in the list of all codes. The app sometimes crashes. It is too expensive for the quality. Overall it is a very poor job guys. Please get better. ### 2/5 — No Medicare codes/app crashes *2024-02-21* The app crashes and freezes a lot. Theres also still no Medicare codes (ex: G0101 or Q0091). Theres also missing modifiers (ex: 50 - bilateral procedure) Pricey app to have such issues. **Developer response:** Please update the app. V2.0.1 resolves this issue. ### 2/5 — New version woes *2022-11-01* Originally had install issues and crashing issues. Now resolved. New app looks nicer but they removed the reports section that is necessary to you know send your earned RVUs to your computer. Not sure why this was removed but does largely render the app useless as I cannot print off my codes for a month to give to my manager to track. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! **Developer response:** Please update the app. V2.0.2 includes data export capabilities. ### 2/5 — Rvus inaccurate *2022-10-27, version 2.0* Rvu values are not accurate in the updated version. Certain codes are now less for some reason. I’ve cross checked it with my rvu report from work and the actual icd10. Liked the older more accurate version better. Won’t be using this updated paid version. **Developer response:** Please update the app. V2.0.1 resolves this issue. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Effective and efficient *2026-06-30* I have utilized the RVU wallet to track my operative RVUs because our hospital switched to a new billing system and I needed to be able to accurately track my RVUs. The app is easy to use. I like the favorite list of CPT codes which speeds things up for me. The new monthly RVU target or goal was a neat addition too. ### 5/5 — Use it all the time. *2026-01-05* I’m an active user and rely on the app to manage my daily productivity ### 5/5 — The best RVU tracking app *2025-11-25* This is the best RVU tracking app! When I became employed I was hesitant about the accuracy of my coders so I wanted to start tracking my RVUs myself. I found this app and am very happy with it. It’s super easy to use and I can quickly add encounters. Highly recommend this for any physician tracking RVUs. **Developer response:** Sounds like a great routine! ### 5/5 — Awesome app! *2025-11-21* This is app is awesome! So I’m a surgeon and have had issues with our new hospital coders down coding relatively straightforward surgeries. And I have had to start recording my cpt codes and RVUs. This app is perfect for that! I am able to add my cpt code for each surgery and it tallies up the estimated RVUs. Has made recording my cpt codes and RVUs very easy. Also, the company is very responsive to feedback. I had recommended to add a way to add more quantity to a specific cpt code. For example a multi level lumbar surgery will often require 22614 multiple times. 3 days after my recommendation they informed me that the app had been updated to include add duplicate cpt codes more easily! Great when it works, updates can lead to glitches, but I guess that’s true with any app. I have tried others, but sticking with RVU wallet as it is the most complete. ### 4/5 — Tracking *2025-11-06* I have been using this app for more than a year and am pretty happy with it.
