If you have a digital card you have to write down all the information before and then copy it back down. If you are logged in you should need to enter the information in. Also when line requires numbers to be entered, how hard is it to program to automatically pull up your number pad instead of full keypad, this would make things a lot easier. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work and Very Frustrating!!!!!!! *2024-12-23, version 2.1.6* Crappy app, when trying to login credentials are not valid. Had to reset password 3 damn times! I can’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Cannot attach a PDF *2024-02-14* It has been four years and l still cannot attach a saved image or PDF. I can only attach an image saved in my photo library. I cannot attach or upload an image or PDF using Files (which is possible on their website). RWAM has also broken the login experience. I cannot autofill my username (plan number) and passwords at all (which is possible on their website). Just use their website. Do not download this broken app. ### 1/5 — Cannot attach a PDF *2023-02-16, version 1.4.1* It has been three years and I still cannot attach a saved image or PDF. I can only attached something saved in my photo library — no attaching or uploading a local file using Files app. ### 1/5 — Does not work! *2019-10-05, version 1.3.0* I’ve tried to up register with the correct details over and over but does not recognize my info! Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2017-03-09, version 1.0.5* Had to start physio and downloaded the app since RWAM doesn't accept directly from the physio department. Received notification that the claims can't be paid out b/c the photos, (which are required), are not original documents however there is no mention of this when submitting and b/c information is missing. All the "missing" information is clearly on the documentation. Now I have to call to sort everything out and using the app has actually made everything harder than it needs to be. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work with iOS10 *2016-09-29, version 1.0.4* Hello?? RWAM? Anyone there? Update your APP please so it works with iOS10. Still waiting...Annoyed ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Better than expected, room for improvement *2016-10-23, version 1.0.4* Works great, like that I can take a photo of claim backup rather than using my ancient scanner. Would be nice to be able to sign in with TouchID, rather than typing in the password each time. Would also be nice to see more details in "recent claims" From an accessibility standpoint, the font is very thin, small and grey, so not the easiest to read (even as someone with perfect vision in their mid 20's) ### 3/5 — PDF and saved passwords finally work *2024-09-05* After a four year wait, I can finally attach a saved image or PDF (using the Files app). RWAM has also fixed the login experience to support basic username (plan number) and password autofill, Face ID, and Touch ID. This isn’t a finely crafted app and there are plenty of rough edges, but we now have a better mobile alternative to the RWAM website. ### 3/5 — Decent app *2015-08-23, version 1.0.3* App works as intended. Easy to submit some claims Would be nice to have an additional field to add an image of a supporting document beyond just a receipt. Also would be nice to have the ability to add 'Cost Plus Submissions' ### 3/5 — Glitch *2015-06-10, version 1.0.2* There's a glitch when submitting claims on this current version, the "submit" button does not work. Get this fixed asap as I can not file my claims and it is very inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Could use an overhaul *2026-04-22, version 2.2.1* The app is pretty frustrating. It never wants to read the files I submit for a claim, so I have to take screenshots of everything and submit that way. Half the time my claims disappear after they appear to have been submitted. Also you can’t open pending claims to see what you did submit, or delete it if you think you messed it up. ### 2/5 — Helpful at call center *2026-04-17, version 2.2.1* I have called a few times over the last few years for support with the app. I can’t rate the app as it always gives me trouble but the staff who answer the phone are SO NICE and EASY TO GET AHOLD of!!! I use the same information enter on the website no problem. Having to enter all your information each time is not convenient. It's very quick and easy to use. However, I have since lost my password and seem to have no way to retrieve it. The "forgot your password?" link within the app does not work at all. Literally does nothing.
