Difficulty navigating App. Not intuitive at all. Pretty disappointing, considering the prestige of RWJ. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-01-17* Got a letter saying I could make an appointment easily Yes but only if I was willing to drive 30 miles Somehow no appointment slots at place down the street all my doctors use different apps so not seeing purpose here ### 1/5 — I can’t use the app, error every time *2021-08-25* I signed up for the patient portal online, when I try to log into the app it says wrong email and password, if I try to register on the app, when I click the button to send the code to my cell phone it gives an error, same error for phone call. The patient should be able to find health records easier , tabs should be up top and more noticeable as responsive. ### 1/5 — A patient who’s patience are running thin *2020-05-31* It’s a piece of junk and doesn’t work, I even had a difficult time writing this review. I would think that such a distinguished group of doctors would have a more workable app. I’m a patient of some of the physicians and have been carefully consolidating my doctors into the RWJ Exchange. I like the idea of having a one stop shop that allows everyone to share my chart across all the specialties. In order to send my review I had to choose at least 1 star but my rating is a big zero C’mon man, with your vast knowledge you can do better! ### 1/5 — Disconnecting *2019-10-15* App keeps disconnecting when I'm in the middle of booking a appointment and logs out and have to start over and never get to book my appointment ### 3/5 — Health Connect *2019-07-09* Love the idea. My wife used it and it worked great. The problem arose when I created an account.
