Constantly have problems logging on. Difficulty navigating App. Not intuitive at all. Pretty disappointing, considering the prestige of RWJ.

Got a letter saying I could make an appointment easily Yes but only if I was willing to drive 30 miles Somehow no appointment slots at place down the street  all my doctors use different apps so not seeing purpose here

I signed up for the patient portal online, when I try to log into the app it says wrong email and password, if I try to register on the app, when I click the button to send the code to my cell phone it gives an error, same error for phone call. There’s no way in!

Can’t find a help line to contact, can’t find my covid results. This app is BS!

Not easiy to navigate , my lab results have a. Delay in being loaded ( they take 2 weeks to be uploaded) !!!!!!! Ridiculous . 
Also it’s missing the RWJHamilton Hospital under health facilities!  The patient should be able to find health records easier , tabs should be up top and more noticeable as responsive.

It’s a piece of junk and doesn’t work, I even had a difficult time writing this review. I would think that such a distinguished group of doctors would have a more workable app. I’m a patient of some of the physicians and have been carefully consolidating my doctors into the RWJ Exchange. I like the idea of having a one stop shop that allows everyone to share my chart across all the specialties.
In order to send my review I had to choose at least 1 star but my rating is a big zero 
C’mon man, with your vast knowledge you can do better!

App keeps disconnecting when I'm in the middle of booking a appointment and logs out and have to start over and never get to book my appointment

Love the idea. My wife used it and it worked great. The problem arose when I created an account. We share an email address, and when I started my account I could not get my lab results, and I knocked my wife out of her account
