## What is RWW Alerting?

RWW Alerting keeps emergency responders connected with their department wherever they are.

Designed for fire departments, EMS agencies, rescue organizations, and other public safety agencies using Responder WebWorks, the app provides a simple way for personnel to receive important alerts and incident information directly on their mobile device.

RWW Alerting helps departments communicate quickly and keeps members informed when seconds matter.

Features include:

• Real-time incident notifications
• Department alerts and announcements
• Push notifications directly to your mobile device
• Incident information in one convenient location
• Member-focused public safety alerting
• Integration with participating Responder WebWorks departments
• Simple, easy-to-use interface designed for emergency responders

Built for Public Safety

RWW Alerting was created specifically for emergency service organizations. Rather than relying on generic messaging applications, participating departments can provide their personnel with a dedicated alerting platform connected to their Responder WebWorks system.

Stay Connected

Whether you're at the station, at home, or on the move, RWW Alerting helps make sure important department and incident notifications reach you.

Part of Responder WebWorks

RWW Alerting works with participating organizations using the Responder WebWorks platform. Available features may vary depending on your department's configuration.

RWW Alerting is intended to supplement an agency's established dispatch and notification procedures and should not be considered a replacement for 911 or primary emergency dispatch systems.
