### 2/5 — iPhone scan doesn’t work

*2026-02-27*

My wife and I have iPhone 16 pro Max phones and neither of the phones can do the scan feature. The app does not allow focusing of the camera, so no matter how much you move the bottle in or out away from the camera it’s always too blurry to register the scan. Typing in the script works fine and the pharmacy always gets my order. I have the latest iOS version from Apple and have deleted the app and reinstalled with no change.

### 2/5 — Southern Granny!

*2026-02-03*

Could be better! Pros: I use it at the doctor’s office to give a complete list of medications and doses. When I order ahead sometimes I realize I am almost out of medication that I wasn’t out of or planning on refilling saving me trips to the pharmacy! Cons: It doesn’t keep me informed when my prescription is running out so I will know to contact my doctor for refills, this causes me to have to skip doses of medicine regularly. It is often down when I need it causing issues with ordering and having a list of medication when needed.

### 2/5 — Rx2Go rating👎

*2025-03-10, version 3.5*

The app used to work fine but now locks up every time I press the profile

### 1/5 — Not working

*2025-02-22, version 3.5*

Can’t log in. Just stopped working

### 1/5 — Embarrassing

*2025-02-19, version 3.5*

The developers should be embarrassed of this app. Maybe reasonable if it was 2008 but it’s visually and functionally disgraceful. Make me long for Walgreens.

### 1/5 — DO NOT USE!

*2025-01-30, version 3.5*

This app is 2 years old and the developer website does not resolve.

This app is a security problem waiting to happen. Do not trust it with your medical information!

### 2/5 — Add family members?

*2024-11-30*

Now that I finally have the app working, I can’t seem to find a way to add other family members like my children to my account. Does this mean I have to create an account for each of them separately and then do they have to all have their own emails?🤦🏻‍♀️.

### 1/5 — Locked out

*2024-08-28, version 3.5*

I have had issues with the app connecting reliably with my pharmacy. Now I am locked out because it says my email is incorrect and I can’t reset the password. So now I can’t use the app at all. 😖

### 1/5 — When it works

*2024-01-22, version 3.5*

Not a bad app, when it works. Says my email address is wrong when it is correct. No contact for support. When clicking app support it gives a page not found error. Unable to sign in until this bug is fixed.

### 1/5 — Was good, now terrible

*2024-01-18, version 3.5*

I used this app for about 2 years & was super satisfied. Now it does not work. Very, very disappointing. They need to fix allot of bugs so it would be the great app it used to be.

### 1/5 — RX 2 Go

*2023-12-03, version 3.5*

I cannot get my whole email in the email sign in. It freezes when I get to the E in the .net. Needs improvement.

### 1/5 — Crash

*2023-12-01, version 3.5*

More crashes than the first snow of the season. I deleted minutes after install.

### 1/5 — Not worked for months!!

*2023-12-01, version 3.5*

Has the developer passed away and no one to update this app? I’m a senior and this app did really work ok. Hasn’t worked now for months. What gives? My pharmacy should delete this app and go to another one that works!

### 1/5 — Fix it already

*2023-11-30, version 3.5*

It’s been a month or more….STILL can’t log in.
Please fix it already.

### 2/5 — Stopped working

*2023-11-30, version 3.5*

This app has suddenly stopped working. I have used it for 2 years and now can’t. Won’t load and says the server is down?

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2023-11-29, version 3.5*

I’ve never written a review for an app before but, this one is so bad it had to be my first. It does absolutely nothing. It locks up the phone and does nothing at all.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2023-11-29, version 3.5*

Been down for three months.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2023-11-28, version 3.5*

What is going on with the app? It’s not been working now for at least a month. You cannot contact the company.

### 1/5 — This app NEVER works properly

*2023-11-28, version 3.5*

It’s an absolute waste of time to bother with this. 90% of the time it never works

### 1/5 — Program hasn’t worked for months

*2023-11-27, version 3.5*

It was a pretty good program about 6 to 8 months ago and then it started to glitch and i couldn’t log on, I talked to my pharmacist today 11-27-23 and she said the program has been down for months and she don’t think it’s coming back.
So if it’s working for you great but I wouldn’t count on it. I redownloaded it today and tried to log on and it just goes into a loop and won’t do anything, I think the developers dumped the software, apple should delete this program from their store.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I NEED HELP

*2026-06-12, version 3.5*

Please please please help me to access my prescriptions on this app. Can you reset my account? Thanks

### 1/5 — App won’t let me in anymore

*2026-03-19, version 3.5*

I used this app for 2.5 years and then it just quit accepting my password and won’t let me reset it. I canceled my account several time and tried to create a new one. It says my email already has an account. Help!!!!!

### 1/5 — Scanner App Doesn’t Work

*2025-12-01, version 3.5*

I have an iPhone 15 pro, it won’t scan the RX bottle. The interface isn’t laid out well and objects are mis-aligned. I’d be nervous about giving this app personal data considering the developer can’t code the UI to modern standards.

### 1/5 — Bad App

*2025-07-18, version 3.5*

Very unreliable. Worst app I’ve ever used. How about an update??? 🤬

### 1/5 — PLEASE FIX

*2025-05-25, version 3.5*

this app is HORRIBLE!!! I have
to login many times just to get ONE Rx to go through. I have installed and uninstalled so many times. It’s so frustrating and annoying. I wish there was another app my pharmacy used I would go to in a nano second!

### 1/5 — Trash App

*2025-05-14*

App doesn’t connect, app barely runs and when it does you think the app has crashed. Ridiculously poor operation in this day and age, app should run with no problems, unfortunately devs appear to have never created an app before and quite honestly have no business creating apps. It’s that bad!

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-05-01, version 3.5*

This app never works and has many issues. My information will not even show and I can’t ever remember what refills I need so an app helps, but not this one. The worst app on my phone.

### 1/5 — Basically worthless

*2025-04-22, version 3.5*

This app works as intended about 1/10 of the time. 🙄

### 1/5 — Try hiring a programmer

*2025-03-24, version 3.5*

Perhaps a passing grade for a first high school attempt at making an app. Still looking for some feature that actually works logging in times out, scanning doesn’t work, and typing in the RX code resulted in a long weight, followed by an app crash.

### 1/5 — 2007 called, it wants their app back

*2025-03-18, version 3.5*

2007 called, it wants their app back

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — You need to update

*2020-04-15, version 3.0.1*

You need to update your app

### 5/5 — Recent problems, but wonderful app

*2017-08-24*

We have been using this app for quite some time. Recently it's been acting up. Other than that it is absolutely wonderful!

### 4/5 — Just enough features C+/ Connectivity D-

*2023-11-10*

If you are looking for the latest in Rx apps and hope to find one with all the features, this ain’t it. It’s just enough to get your prescription refilled and receive a text when it’s ready. Both the iOS app and the web interface look like they were made by the Jr. High Computer Club on their Commodore 64. Or maybe they built something else after reading that book on getting all of your development tools for free off some Eunuchs site. Frankly, I’m able to do almost all that I need to do with this app. I’m big on using local businesses, so I have taken that into consideration. It will refill a Rx from look ups in your records, by Rx number or you can scan the old bottle. You can determine refill dates and check to see if your order is ready or in progress. It works with all the physicians’ e-script systems, even EPCS. It has all of the required hooks and look-ups. You can read the drug manufacturer’s FDA monograph from the app if you are curious. The export / report features are handy. Recently I used it to print a doctor’s list and download my history to Excel. My biggest gripe is the connectivity, or frequent outages there of. The communication with their big iron at WinRxRefill seems to frequently out of whack. It was out right before I wrote this. Ditto for last night, this morning and this afternoon. When it’s down, you can’t get a status, see your profile or make use of anything else requiring a successful connection. Sometimes you can try closing and reopening 23 times (not my record!) and finally connect. Sometimes it is down for days. When the system is incommunicado the text message feature doesn’t work. I’m not sure if this is a software limitation or a pharmacy issue, but so far I can’t use GoodRx or a similar service. The URL for “Support” does not work. They have a nice-looking management team with solid experience, so I was surprised to see that the app was so primitive. The organization claims to be involved in several vertical markets and healthcare niche fields. That looks good but would a solid, experienced organization be using a free implementation of Apache? I love my local pharmacy and this is their app of choice. It’s a small business but they process my orders in MINUTES, not hours. It usually takes under five minutes No way for Walgreens to beat that. Once I was picking up an order from my pharmacy. They have mostly college students and other enthusiastic young people operating the registers and doing intake/pickup. I mentioned that I had come directly from my physician’s office because I “noticed on the app” that it was ready. “WE have an APP?” she asked with a tone of surprise and incredulity. Priceless!

### 4/5 — Decent App

*2022-05-18*

This app makes using my local pharmacy much easier... for myself. However, I am unable to find any place to add my family members to my account - that is my only complaint.

### 4/5 — iPhone 12

*2021-09-10*

I’ve never had a problem with this app until I got my new phone and now my barcode doesn’t work because the screen is so large that where it says light and cancel aren’t even part of the screen now I need it to work from my phone because I’m old and I need it to work thank you

### 4/5 — Just enough features C+/ Connectivity D-
