## What is RX Mobile?

RX Mobile allows users to quickly find and book office resources using their mobile devices. Check-in to pre-booked reservations or check-out early to free up resources for others to use. Seamlessly communicating with the ResourceXpress central server and your connected booking systems, RX Mobile is an essential companion to ensure office resources are used to their optimum efficiency. Service users are left free to concentrate on their core business and not worrying about finding/booking meeting rooms and desks. Key features include:

· Powerful filtered searching by resource status, location, available start/end times, space type, people and resource equipment

· Customizable user interface

· Authenticate for personal bookings/events view

· Add your favorite resources to a list for future reference

· Use dynamic office floor maps to quickly find and book free resources, find the location of pre-booked resources or search for colleagues

· Use the Timeslider to search for free slots and then book resources

Fixes and Improvements:

Resolved an issue on the Home screen where an invalid date was displayed due to date format parsing errors.

### 4.4.3 — 2024-07-04

1. Filter enhancements
a. New option - “Space Type” added, set with space types.
b. Field “Restrict To” takes two values only – “Setup In Progress” and “Clear Down In Progress”.
c. The filter in Maps is specific to Maps alone, renamed as “Maps Filter”.
d. Building names are now centre aligned in filter.
e. “Others”– units have been added for Duration field. Label has been added to “Start Time”.

2. Other enhancements
A few issues have been fixed on the Home, Find, My Events & Filter screens too.

### 4.3.5 — 2024-04-23

1. Maps
		a. More options in Timeslider feature when viewing future bookings
		b. New configuration parameters for Maps stylesheets
		c. Display local time as per the Map location

2. Highlight the filter icon with a dot when the local filter has been applied

3. Booking Screen
		a. Display "Session in progress" when the session starts
		b. Cancelling recurring bookings is now available

4. NFC/QR Scanner - Auto check-in resource after scanning the QR Code or NFC tag for pre-booked resources is now available

### 4.2.7 — 2023-12-06

Country-level maps are now available through the RX mobile app. In addition to this a few improvements have been made in Home screen, Maps and Booking screens to improve the user experience of the app.

### 4.1.22 — 2023-07-31

The Timeslider is now available in the RX Mobile app as well. Users can now turn on the timeslider from Maps, choose custom time slots, view resource status and then proceed to book resources for both current date and future date. 

Note: The Timeslider is switched OFF by default on the mobile, it has to be turned on.
