Crucial for our deliveries to be accurately documented. No excuse why Rx30 has been so apathetic about app not working? Tech support knows nothing about trouble shooting problems. Monthly cost to have Rx30 programs is very high and service has been watered down since company got larger. Now you tell me how easy or cheap that can be done. They haven’t done it even though I complained about it 4years ago.
