Scan the box all you want but it will never work if you have to wipe out the app. It’s always full of glitches when it did work. Since around the beginning of Dec. ‘25 the app is now doing the same thing… no push notifications. Hope the app owners see this and get it sorted soon as otherwise this would be a 4* rating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very slow and laggy *2026-07-22, version 5.41.1* Bought this a few years ago and we keep having the same issue. The app is extremely slow and loads for quite a while meaning we can’t view the cameras properly and we have to wait. When the camera does load, it shows us the footage and then goes blank and continues to load. Overall I wouldn’t recommend very slow and you can’t even see the footage due to it being very slow and always loading. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-09, version 5.41.1* Keeps disconnecting and forcing a reboot and reinstall. I got the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and it kept crashing the app as soon as I would try to open it. I was able to get back into my system by completely deleting the app off of my phone, not just deleting the app from the page, but going into settings and deleting the app completely off the phone. Then after re-downloading the app I had to reinstall my camera system into the app and it works perfectly again.
