### 2/5 — Changing for the worse!!

*2026-04-27*

I’ve been using this software for 3 years & it feels like one issue after another!! It is technology so I understand there will be glitches.. but this is insanity!! The issues are near constant, having to reach out to customer support is painful because they want AI to troubleshoot first. Only the software doesn’t delineate between practice & patient. There’s always a feature down which prevents you from getting work completed.. today I’m not able to see any encounters; they’re all just blank!! And even when you connect to customer service there’s a 1 in 5 chance that they’re able to actually troubleshoot your issue. This software did get allot right, I love the automatic benefit checks, and the patient portal, the integrated PDMP, the ease of escribe.. I just feel like they’re spending more time on new, new, new.. instead of focusing on the quality, improvement, & upkeep of what is already there!! My last qualm with this software is the difficulty of making your own form templates I can customize forms for the patients to complete yet I can’t customize encounter forms & the ones that you can use are horrible, also not having the ability to identify an admin that can edit & correct dictation mistakes is a huge issue. That was one of the best features of Kipu software.

**Developer response:** Hey there, so sorry you're having a less-than-stellar experience with our app! We'd love the opportunity to fix things—could you please reach out to support@rxnt.com to share what feature(s) you're having trouble with?

### 3/5 — Used to be easier to use

*2025-10-09*

The software used to be much easier to use prior to the recent update. Not sure why it is buggy now. I couldn’t change the number of refills on a medication, and even entering the number of pills was a chore. Please look over the update and fix it

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear you've had a less-than-stellar experience with our software. We'd love the opportunity to make it right—could you reach out to support@rxnt.com so we can help turn things around?

### 3/5 — Lack of notifications need to be addressed

*2025-09-05*

Almost all apps use notifications to notify users about all different kinds of things . This app needs to add notification when Prescription is received in stead of relying on email notifications.

Update Sept 2025
Still no notification . This app desperately needs notifications

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Could you reach out to our team at support@rxnt.com with a description of the notification issue you're having? And, if you have a few minutes, we’d love it if you could fill out a quick survey form with your feedback: https://forms.gle/iJmhBPD8CjbouiNt5. Thanks again for your review!

### 3/5 — One bad thing

*2025-04-17*

It’s good but one bad thing is that when you write meds they go downwards instead of the last rx on top. So u have to slide all the way down to write in the sig. it was better when the last rx was on top of the list.

**Developer response:** Hi there—thank you for your feedback. If you have a few minutes, we’d love if you could fill out a quick survey form with your ideas: https://forms.gle/iJmhBPD8CjbouiNt5

### 3/5 — Lack of notifications

*2025-01-22, version 4.90*

Need to add notification when Prescription is received

### 4/5 — Face ID

*2024-11-28*

I’m not sure what happened, but now I have to input my credentials every time I need to access the app. I use to be able to just use Face ID for login. It is a bit time consuming.

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Could you reach out to our team at support@rxnt.com with more details? ### 1/5 — Horrible update

*2024-11-22, version 4.78*

Whatever you all did on this last update has essentially made it where e-prescribing is not functional on the app.
Some of us cannot even open a patient profile. Please fix this!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2024-11-22*

Not sure what is going on recently, but there have been constant updates and nothing works. Won’t log in with Face ID for Apple. Cannot send prescriptions for my patients. Cannot open their charts. When I am randomly able to send something it makes me take a Live Photo, freezes, and takes an eternity to send. Their page says they have 24/7 emergency availability but I just tried to contact them and received a voicemail with no other options.

**Developer response:** Hi there thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear you've had a less-than-stellar experience with our software. We'd love the opportunity to make it right—could you reach out to support@rxnt.com so we can help turn things around?

### 2/5 — Update is worse

*2024-11-21, version 4.77*

Inconsistent
Won’t readily advance when I tap on an existing patient

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE!

*2024-11-18*

The the new App with LiveScan crashes all the time. You can no longer log in with Apple FaceID. The app Fonts are so big that you can't see all the text on the screen and can only see 2 recent prescriptions without scrolling.

When prescribing a controlled med, it FAILS to capture the face 50% of the time and the white oval is in such a WRONG position on the screen that it requires a strange positioning of my iPhone to get my face into the oval & there is NO confirmation that your face is in the correct spot!! Moreover, if your EPCS face scan does gets thru, it takes 20 sec or more while the app just seems frozen. Lastly, EPCS will not work on a second patient unless the app is quit & logged in all over. This is one of the worst app launches I have ever seen. RXNT is on its way out soon.

### 2/5 — History No Longer Works on iPhone

*2023-05-24*

I have been using this app for nearly 15 years and would ordinarily have given it 5 stars. Recently however, within last 2 months, it developed a bug and no longer allows me to search patient history. This is a critical function that allows the provider to see when meds were filled, and if other meds are being prescribed by other providers. The history function seems to continue to work fine with Windows on my PC, just not my iPhone. (I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, running iOS 16.4.1 - most current).

Fix this, and I will gladly remove or update this review, but with it, I would be forced to use another vendor.

### 4/5 — Very good with e-prescriptions but a little slow

*2023-04-24*

I only use this for electronic prescriptions. It works well, but has slowed down since the last update which I why I only gave it 4 stars. It’s also expensive. On the positive side I lost my hard token and then discovered that it can now be done directly from my phone which wasn’t possible in the past. It makes it much easier. I wish they had informed me of that option whenever it became available. The soft token - as they call the phone app - was very difficult to set up as it is outsourced to another app. Customer service was good.

### 3/5 — Physician

*2023-04-21, version 4.48*

Phone app and pharmacy selection flawed.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Really bad

*2026-04-07, version 4.129*

These people are constantly changing their login MFA. You would be wise to stay away from this company at all cost.

### 1/5 — Stop breaking things. Beta test first!

*2025-12-18*

As others have pointed out, live ID hasn’t worked since the last update. As you’ve recently made that the only way to write for controlled substances this renders the product nearly useless. I don’t know why you keep changing things that aren’t broken and breaking them in the process. Just chill out on “innovating” and refine the app. Do you not beta test? This is a string of bad issues so I think it’s time I looked for another service.

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear you've had a less-than-stellar experience with our software. We'd love the opportunity to make it right—could you reach out to support@rxnt.com so we can help turn things around?

### 1/5 — Stop these senseless updates!!!

*2025-10-13, version 4.117*

Every update so far has ben horrible setbacks!!!! STOP WASTING MY TIME WITH YOUR USELESS, BACKWARD UPDATES!!! Why are my scripts going to print instead of electronic transmissions? YOU ARE GETTING IN THE WAY OF MY PATIENTS GETTING THEIR SCRIPTS!!!! Tell you IT people to stop messing with these updares just to justify their relevance!!! My patients are NOT getting their scripts in time!!!

### 1/5 — What are you doing?

*2025-08-22*

I’ve been using the software for a few years now, and I used to think it was absolutely wonderful. Having all features wrapped into one software system is ingenious however, the last six months have been horrible. Just one change after another after another after another. Every time I acclimate, there’s yet another change. Today’s change has made it impossible to do my job!!

**Developer response:** Hey there, so sorry you're having a less-than-stellar experience with our app! We'd love the opportunity to fix things—could you please reach out to support@rxnt.com to share what feature(s) you're having trouble with?

### 1/5 — Poor, glitchy, always updating and crashing

*2025-08-06, version 4.110*

Steer clear of

### 1/5 — Live ID is terrible

*2025-05-27, version 4.102*

Live ID facial recognition is terrible and frequently fails. It is very slow as well. It makes the app almost useless.

### 1/5 — New upgrade is trash

*2024-12-23*

The new live scan makes this app nearly unusable. It is slow, lots of bugs, wastes my time. Live scan uses my phone biometrics to open then forces a picture each time. We absolutely do not need this much protection to send a controlled substance. Can’t use it in the dark. Not awesome when signing orders from bed in the middle of the night. Get out of your own way. I can use the computer and get a push notification and it uses no live scan, but if in the app it does. So slow. Make it stop. Please.

**Developer response:** Hey Billy, so sorry you're having a less-than-stellar experience with our app! We'd love the opportunity to fix things—could you please reach out to support@rxnt.com to share what features you're having trouble with? If you have a few minutes, we’d love it if you could fill out a quick survey form with your feedback: https://forms.gle/iJmhBPD8CjbouiNt5. Thanks again for your review!

### 1/5 — Poorly designed and clunky

*2024-12-16, version 4.86*

This app was designed by people who do not prescribe medications. Every step of the way, from adding patients, to accessing patients, to finding pharmacies and writing prescriptions, is fraught with unnecessary inefficiencies. I can’t suggest an alternative because none of these e-prescribing apps are great, but RXNT is by far the worst.

### 1/5 — Issue After Issue!!

*2024-11-22, version 4.78*

The last few updates have been horrible.. most of the time I can’t log in, then when I can I have to verify the security code, I can’t get into patient profiles then the med list is blank which makes it difficult to authorize a refill. It’s been one issue after another!! Will update my review once I can use it again!!

### 1/5 — Unusable Terrible

*2024-11-22*

RXNT rolled out a new version of their once serviceable mobile app and it is horrendous and totally unusable. Doesn't show pharmacy requests 1/2 the time, can't open patients' charts, can't remember to keep you from having to do 2 point verification for 30 days so always have to do that, and most importantly new LiveID for controlled substances simply doesn't work. Basically, have to you use laptop for everything now. This company has gone downhill precipitously in the last few years on so many fronts including this simply
unprofessional, rushed roll-out. Going to look for another vendor after over 10 years as a customer. Last straw.

### 5/5 — Works well since update

*2025-02-20, version 4.92*

The transition to the new two factor authentication system with facial ID was rough, but since then it’s working perfectly for my solo psychiatry practice. Addendum- after writing this review I got a new phone had a huge problem with ID.me the authentication. The ID help desk was useless. A rep from RXNT called me immediately and walked me through the process. Impressive
