### 2/5 — Just Bad

*2026-03-10, version 7.0.0*

Has potential, but you can’t even confirm appointments. Most basic commas to book an appointment and it won’t allow a simple confirm button.

### 2/5 — It’s just okay

*2025-11-05, version 6.27.1*

It does make booking easier, especially since a lot of my offices in my specialty and geography use it. But you can NEVER clear alerts in the app which is SO annoying. And you should be able to message an office even if they haven’t replied. Offices are not even aware that they have to reply before we can send another message. It’s dumb and makes the process WAY harder than it needs to be. Lastly, I’m not sure why I get alerts for every specialty throughout the state when they join, but I could do without that, given that I’ve made sure my settings are up to date with my specialty and zip codes.

### 2/5 — Helpful yet needs important features added

*2025-07-23, version 6.23.0*

The app is helpful to meet with practices but can you please add a geography feature? So reps can filter for geography?

### 1/5 — Total rip off

*2025-07-11, version 6.23.0*

This app is a joke. Offices hate it, reps hate it and it’s GROSSLY overpriced. I can’t even get to my invoices for expense purposes from my phone or iPad. I have to be on a laptop - what is this 2010? It’s a scam, but one we are forced to use. When calendars open up the app mysteriously had to “update” which kicks you out of scheduling. Appointments are gone in seconds, so teams with multiple reps have an advantage over small start up companies. The day of the week isn’t on the “book” page so you have to scroll away taking time. Month after month, I pay premium prices and I’m lucky if I get 1 new lunch booked. I have offices constantly pop up in my universe and get alerts for that are not part of my specialties, physicians, etc. The IT support is useless bc they can’t remove offices from my universe that I don’t call on?? I’ve called so many times I lost count and they still “alerting” me to appointments I don’t care about in offices I don’t call on. It’s a joke.

### 1/5 — Lack of consistency

*2025-06-18, version 6.22.0*

Not every office monthly open appointments show on the first workday of the month at 7am or shortly thereafter after.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-05-30, version 6.21.3*

Horrendous app that constantly crashes and is one of the most unintuitive platforms to use. Add that to the ridiculous monthly fee makes it borderline extortion. They also have reps actively in offices promoting services that are 100% incorrect that take away from my sales calls. Stay away from if possible.

### 1/5 — precision medicine antonym

*2025-05-29, version 6.21.3*

This financial roadblock to service keeps the smaller companies (usually the innovators) out of consideration and is helpful to big budget/large sales teams who use multiple reps per territory and/or bots to bypass meeting schedule limits. I have been told by many cancer centers that it is common to see the same “group” of reps from one company take most of the appointments- leaving them uninformed because they rely on a variety of reps for industry updates and education. “They are here more than the patients, and we learn diddly squat outside of their test”- this is great for their sales manager but horrible for advancing patient care.

### 1/5 — Rep

*2025-05-29, version 6.21.3*

Awful. A big waste of time and an attempt to somehow capitalize off of the process

### 1/5 — Updates are frequent and typically when you need to grab an appointment and you miss it

*2025-05-18, version 6.21.0*

Offices hate this app because they don’t get notified effectively when a lunch is cancelled and then they blame the rep for not telling them they cancelled it. Reps - it’s a losing game. If you don’t have the most up to date app phone iPad computer everything runs super slowly. Offices “update” their profile but you can never tell what’s been updated or if it was anything at all. When you have to get approval to make appointments offices constantly send notes not to email them but we have not choice if we want to get approval and they don’t get that information. There are so many things wrong with this services but this company likely makes more than some pharma companies.

### 1/5 — Search for accounts is horrible

*2025-05-05, version 6.20.2*

The filter method is garbage. This is a horrible app.

### 1/5 — RXdisadvantage

*2025-05-04, version 6.20.2*

I feel like I’d have better luck scoring Taylor Swift tickets then securing a customer lunch. The circle of death…. Every 1st of the month. Not a fair system

### 2/5 — Not compatible

*2025-05-04, version 6.20.2*

This is not compatible with the Apple calendar. For 2k a year it should at least be compatible with it android and apple calendar systems..

### 3/5 — Login

*2025-04-27, version 6.20.0*

The continual need to log in even though I use this weekly or monthly is frustrating. I receive notice of an appointment option but then I can’t get logged in quick enough to secure the appointment. I understand the need for security but there isn’t PHI and payments are automated, so please make the app more user friendly.

### 1/5 — Nope!

*2025-04-24, version 6.20.0*

First of all my company would never let me pay $150 a month to use this app especially considering I have one office in my entire territory using this platform. Second this app is not easy to use it took me about 30 minutes just to figure out how to add an office and find a doctor! I will definitely share this with the office manager!

### 1/5 — Money grab

*2025-04-24, version 6.20.0*

This is ridiculous, just a total pain and NOT user friendly!!!

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2025-04-23, version 6.20.0*

Every time I try to log in via outlook it gets stuck . Have to log in via app on iPad. now wont let me in unless I update & when I try to update in Apple store, it just spools & never does finish…

### 1/5 — Money maker only

*2025-04-21, version 6.20.0*

Terrible platform

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-08-20, version 8.0.0*

Horrific!!

### 1/5 — How can it be so bad

*2026-07-02, version 7.3.0*

Advice to management, hop on Fiverr and hire some 19 year old college dropout to vibe code this ghoul of an app to improve it at least past 1.4. It will cost like 60 dollars. I get that this is extortion and you don’t care because we have to pay, but seriously, have a little pride.

### 1/5 — Pay to Play

*2026-03-11, version 7.0.0*

How is this app not illegal? Using monetary funds to allow access to meet with providers? Anyways, since we are FORCED to use this, even though it’s definitely unethical and borderline illegal, let’s talk about how impossible it is to make a meeting. I am currently paying $1,500 per year to book 2 lunch appointments. Pure insanity.

### 1/5 — A lot of work to be done

*2026-02-28, version 6.30.1*

Like RxVantage overall, this app seems like it’s still in startup / development stage. There’s no way to search by city, a dumbfounding decision that should be one of the first things they implemented. Not sure how this service is so popular, hopefully a more competent competitor comes along soon

### 1/5 — Account manager

*2026-02-10, version 6.30.1*

I am not a fan of this platform. Offices do not keep their policies updated or respond to messages to confirm appointments, catering, etc. This causes extra stress and unnecessary expense. This “service” is good in theory but terrible in practice. I would never utilize this app if my customers would allow me to schedule the old fashioned way through another human.

### 1/5 — Entitlement 101

*2025-10-20, version 6.27.0*

This app enables entitlement in the healthcare space

### 1/5 — App should have space for rep feedback

*2025-09-30, version 6.26.0*

This app should have an area for rep feedback about offices. I’ve wasted so much time and money scheduling meals and there’s no providers, the number of people is vastly overstated.
This app is only helping the offices but not holding them to account.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-08-01, version 6.23.0*

Rxadvantage is anything but good! Ever since my offices signed up to use, I never get appointments. They don’t give any email notice except 10 minutes before it opens at 6:50 am. How about a reminder the day before. Not user friendly, all the appts drop the same day and time so it’s like trying to get front row concert tix. It’s ridiculous. I wish they would go under and offices would book their own appts again.

### 1/5 — Pretty much worthless

*2025-07-21, version 6.23.0*

It’s just a money making scheme. Adds no value to what I do.

### 1/5 — Great idea terrible app

*2025-07-15, version 6.23.0*

It would be a great platform if the app worked. They have people subscribing for $150 a month but the end user can’t even get the app open half the time. Search optimization is terrible. Cannot search by state or zip codes when prospecting offices. This could be great but RxVantage clearly is not investing in rep side of their platform.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love the app

*2025-11-18, version 6.28.0*

Really easy to use. Amazing customer service!

### 5/5 — This company is so corrupt!!!

*2025-09-21, version 6.26.0*

I have used RXVantage for years now. Not bc I want to but bc some of my hospitals and accounts use the platform to book appts and inservices. RXVantage is now charging $195 A MONTH to use their platform. Do not use this platform. They are about to learn the hard way. Reps and account managers are already organizing around the country to let our accounts know - if you want to see us or invite us to do an inservice you have to book on your own. This is a complete attempt to gouge people for more money bc there are no other long standing platforms being used. Bye RxVantage. You are corrupt and greedy. Screw your users and pay the price.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-06-14, version 6.22.0*

This app is not perfect, but it is tremendously helpful. I saw a one star review and I would suggest that that person is either an idiot with what they said or they don’t know how to use it. I do get more notifications than I would prefer, but I would rather get too many than too few & miss something. It would be ideal if you could turn notifications on and off for each office or maybe for just favorites. Thanks

### 5/5 — Absolutely love the app!

*2024-11-04*

Such an easy way to schedule my appointments.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review! This makes our heart full. We're here for you anytime.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2021-02-03*

The app looks like the website which makes it very easy to use and check appts on the go! It makes my Premium membership super worth it! The notifications are also a great feature so I don’t miss any opportunity. Highly recommend!

**Developer response:** Thank you very much! This makes our heart full. We're here for you anytime.

### 5/5 — User Friendly

*2020-10-07, version 4.3.0*

The app is user-friendly and really helps when I am on the go. I really appreciate being able to respond to office or provider questions via the app – it’s just more efficient for me.

### 5/5 — Very helpful and easy to use

*2020-09-28, version 4.2.0*

Two thumbs up!

### 5/5 — Easy

*2020-09-22, version 4.2.0*

Very helpful and easy to use

### 5/5 — Oncology rep

*2020-09-22*

I really like the new version.. Makes things a lot easier when it comes to booking and confirming appts with offices. The messaging feature is convenient too. Tons of offices use it. I’m able to screen share with my iPad. The virtual meetings are better than other virtual meeting apps. I find it really easy to navigate and they’re always coming out with new features to make things easier (especially now with Covid).

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review! This makes our heart full. We're here for you anytime.

### 5/5 — LOVE IT!

*2020-08-19, version 4.1.2*

Great app! Super convenient! I can respond to provider messages, book/confirm meetings and access practice details on the fly. It’s amazing! Everyone in the space should be using it. Been waiting for something like this for a long time!

**Developer response:** Thanks for such a wonderful review! It makes us proud to know we're making a positive impact.
