I hate being on hold with cable companies, doctor offices, and utility providers. With Ryan I just tell it what I need (schedule an appointment, dispute a bill, cancel something, etc.), and it makes the outbound call for me.
The voice sounds natural, it handles the conversation well, and I get a clear summary afterward of what was said and what the outcome was. It’s not perfect every single time, but it’s already saved me hours of phone tag and frustration.
If you deal with a lot of administrative calls or just hate waiting on hold, this is worth trying. Looking forward to seeing more features added.
