And according to the app, if I am the first 10k downloaded, I get 1 week of free meal planning, but I didn’t, so please help me with this . Thank you.

The app is making my life easier when I do my cheat meals to track the approx calories I am also concious to eat lesser cause now my colleagues are watching me track my cheat meals. Also the printing of the diet chart is a winner as I Stick this on my fridge and my cook makes batch cooking on Sunday for all my meals to office twice a week. So I leave early and have my breakfast post workout meal and lunch are ready for carrying.  The blood test analysis really helped me realise it’s not about weight loss but cholesterol control
