I have encountered some of the worst humans I have ever met in this company. Does your interview process require hires to be absolute awful humans or does your corporate culture make them like this ? Either way you’ve succeeded in creating the absolute worst workforce on the market. I am never giving one more cent to this business as long as I live. If you are reading this and thinking of booking with Ryanair, I truly urge you to consider equally priced or even slightly more expensive options that actually understand human decency. Companies like these should not get our support and money if they’re not willing to invest in basic human rights and decency.
