## What is Rydafirst?

Rydafirst is a rider-first delivery platform for Nigeria — the fast, secure way to send parcels, documents, and packages across your city.

Book a delivery in seconds: enter pickup and drop-off, get an upfront price, and a nearby rider is matched to you. Your payment is held safely in escrow and only released once your item is delivered, so both sides are protected.

FOR SENDERS
• Instant address search and upfront pricing
• Secure escrow payment — pay only when it's delivered
• Live map tracking of your rider from pickup to drop-off
• A private delivery code so only the right person collects the package
• In-app chat and calling with your rider
• Order history, activity, and trip ratings
• Full control of your data, including in-app account deletion

FOR RIDERS
• See nearby delivery jobs and accept the ones you want
• Navigation to pickup and drop-off
• Clear earnings and trip history
• Simple document upload and verification to get online

Rydafirst is built on trust: verified riders, protected payments, and live tracking on every trip. Download Rydafirst and send anything across the city with riders you trust.
