The only support option is WhatsApp, and no one responds, even after waiting for an entire day. Another major issue is that the fare can increase when you arrive at the destination without clearly explaining the reason. The final receipt also does not provide enough details to understand why the price changed. As a new customer, I expected much better transparency and customer service.
