## What is RydeOS?

RydeOS is a self-assessment app that guides you in scanning the condition of the car and compares it to the previous condition if that exists and create a condition report .

Mobile Contract Viewing and Signing

Driver contracts can now be viewed and signed inside the RydeOS mobile journey. This supports onboarding and handover flows by keeping contract review, signature capture, and completion status inside RydeOS.

Phone Login Flexibility

Mobile OTP login now supports phone numbers entered with or without a leading zero, reducing login friction for drivers.

- Since this is an invite only program, only the invited can perform inspection now.

- The app occasionally froze after capturing the VIN image (observed on iPhone 14).

- License disc capture experienced longer-than-expected processing times.
