## What is Ryde.Safe?

The Ryde.Safe app is a driver safety application that tracks driving metrics and formulates a proprietary Ryde.Safe safety score. Our stats will provide real time data to show drivers where they can improve their safe driving. Our user-friendly software allows companies to eliminate the need for expensive hardware such as In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS). The Ryde.Safe mobile app is available for iOS, the application tracks driving, encourages distraction-free driving, provides reports on driving habits; through our proprietary algorithms and machine learning technology. Ryde.Safe does all this without requiring any additional hardware in vehicles.

Our app does not track or keep any user data, it only collects the driving metrics and the user has full control to turn on or off the application data collection. All data is Ryde.Safe property and is strictly used for research and development purposes. By downloading and using this application, you are agreeing to share your location and driving history with the Ryde.Safe team and that Ryde.Safe agrees not share this information with any third party.
