Spent the last few hours trying to re-instate an existing membership and nothing. There is no place or number to call and is only via automated messaging. It doesn't sync with PGR and gives bare minimum info. Can't even import your booking when made on Priority Guest Rewards website, no there is no PGR app. Do better. ### 1/5 — Omg. Embaressingly bad *2023-12-09, version 5.6.0* Total waste of time. It just says to check your internet connection. But my connection is fine and all other apps and web browsers work fine A total waste ### 4/5 — Great to have mobile key *2023-07-19* Was able to use my mobile key while staying at the property. It was a cool option to have. I ended up requesting some things for our room (towels and more tea) which was delivered to our room. They had an option to order room service but we didn’t try that. Logging in was confusing but that’s because it’s not linked to your membership account.
