I didn’t want to make a new account for MobileKey. It seems a bit redundant to have to juggle multiple accounts for a single hotel chain. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-04-11, version 5.0.2* Tried multiple times different days but it does not work can’t find reservations and this app currently is not much of use they need to improve it to be useful ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-03-19* Our group arrived in Auckland for two nights. The rooms were never cleaned and when we went to discuss this, we were blamed for not calling, although no one had said this was necessary, and we had put room tags out on the doors asking for rooms to be cleaned Dinner was horrendous…. Food was cold and even when they took it back, it tasted bland and no one liked the meal The room was nice but bathroom was tiny with no space for cosmetics. There were no drawers to unpack clothes Reception staff took no responsibility for any concerns. It does not allow you to view current reservations, which is frustrating. Does not allow you to view past stays and view receipts. The app can’t find any reservations that I’ve made. I can’t even read the error message that comes up when I try to enter them manually as it’s right at the top of the screen and you can’t see it!! I’ve requested it via the app multiple times and it keeps telling me that it’s “sent” it to me (via email I assume) but why isn’t it just built in? Feels like this app hasn’t been tested for effectiveness or customer experience at all. No idea what you’d use this for, it’s completely useless. Spent the last few hours trying to re-instate an existing membership and nothing. There is no place or number to call and is only via automated messaging. It was a cool option to have. I ended up requesting some things for our room (towels and more tea) which was delivered to our room. They had an option to order room service but we didn’t try that. Logging in was confusing but that’s because it’s not linked to your membership account. Had to ask front desk about it. ### 4/5 — Definitely worked *2022-11-01, version 4.35.3* Despite only having one star reviews I still decided to try the app. I successfully logged in, ordered in room dining and received my meal a short time after my requested time. Everything definitely worked and worked smoothly! 4 stars only as after my order was placed there was no way of double checking via a order history or confirming it had gone through apart from the initial request.
