From the constantly changing time estimates, to the license plates never matching, to the app saying a ride is cancelled only for that driver to pull up and say it’s actually not. Made a booking (scheduled pickup) then got 10 confirmation SMS each with different driver details. Called Rydo they confirmed the booking and the driver name. In the morning of my pickup I was left stranded then received a new booking confirmation - when I called the driver he said he already pickup up someone, I need to call Rydo - was left stranded and missed a flight as a result!
