When I signed back in I was able to continue. But it just says “update settings” to allow live transcription. But doesn’t provide any guidance for what settings need to be updated for live transcription. When important information is received during the call, I have it in writing and do not have to write it down while talking. When the call has ended, I can look over the conversation. I knew I could really use an app that showed me what people were saying, especially when calling customer serve numbers and getting reps whose first language isn’t English or there is noise in the background. Takes some time to learn and explore and when Rylo emailed me asking about problems I mentioned it not working with Siri. Then the other guys app fell apart. The captions dont keep up with the conversation….sometimes at all. Rylo is amazing. All the issues I had with the other app are solved.
