## What is RYOW?

RYOW is an exercise app that gives you full control over your workout.  Use it for weightlifting, yoga, stretching, physical therapy, and more.  Choose your own exercises and customize sets with the number of repetitions, weights, timing.  Mix and match exercise sets to create workouts that fit your goals.  The app will talk you through your entire workout, with the timing you choose.
