## What is Ryplica?

This app provides you with a full-body training program that requires you to work out 3 times a week for 6 weeks.
It will automatically calculate the exact weight you should lift for each set based on your strength. 
It will also tell you and how many sets and reps you will perform each day.

The program is heavy and requires a lot of effort and enegry. Good luck!
