Ryze Connect sports and health App with new features.

After connecting your wearable device to the Ryze Connect App, you have access to:

Record your sleep data, including sleep duration, deep sleep, light sleep , in order to monitor and improve your sleep quality;

Record your exercise data of more than 10 sports (running, biking, etc.), including your movement track, HR, pace, etc.;
Record your daily walking steps, calories and other activity data, and view the complete records on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
[Change Dial]: A rich selection of watch face themes are available in the brand-new cloud dial market, giving your device a new look every day;
[Share Achievements]: If you use Ryze Connect App to monitor your excercises continuously, virtual medals will be awarded when you reaches milestones. You can share your weekly exercise information for interaction with your friends.

Very happy with my Ryze Trek smart watch. It was a very cost effective option compared to other devices on the market and it looks great on in my opinion! The watch works really well and has lots of functions. It seems to be tracking my sleep and steps and heart rate accurately, and notifications also work really well. I haven’t been successful in getting Alexa to work on it yet, but can’t say I’m that bothered. One issue I’m finding is that the syncing to Apple Health isn’t quite accurate. My steps are out by over 1000 and I’m having to manually add extra steps into Apple Health. I’ve tried manually syncing via the Ryze app, so not sure how else to fix this.

OMG Ryze has been so good and easy to use. It tracks my sleep, heart rate, stress, blood oxygen and my period. It is so helpful. You absolutely must get Ryze today!!!

I have had constant issues with this watch since day one. I have followed all
Instructions and advice I found online and it just never connects my notifications and if it does for a minute it will instantly disconnect them. The watch features work but over all I’m sorry watch was a waste of money just glad I only spent so little on it.
