Help centre don’t help you. Scales are good but the app is horrible rendering the scales useless ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-24* Constantly says Network Exception. My brand new scales won’t sync to the app. I’ve done all the troubleshooting & still won’t work. I specifically bought these scales because of the syncing to my phone. So frustrating. I don’t have a problem with Bluetooth for any other devices. I’ve uninstalled & then reinstalled does not make a difference.
