## What is RYZN?

RYZN is the fitness tracker built for lifters who actually lift, and eat with intention.

Snap a meal photo and watch RYZN identify it in two seconds. Mark a set from your Apple Watch without breaking stride. See your live heart rate on every working set. This is what training apps should have always felt like.

Apple Watch, your wrist, your coach
Start a workout, mark sets done or to-failure, see live BPM, and watch your rest timer tick down, all from your wrist. A 6-hour heart rate sparkline on the watch face tells you exactly how your body's been responding all day. No double-logging. No second login.

Track everything that matters
Log sets, reps, and weight for every exercise. RYZN auto-cascades your last performance so you're not punching in the same numbers every session. Add drop sets with a tap: drop the weight, keep going. Time-based moves like planks and L-sits get a built-in countdown timer. Swap exercises mid-workout without losing your place. Add bodyweight warmups before your working sets, and log cardio with live heart rate and calorie tracking.

Don't know the machine? Point your camera at it
Walk up to any machine, point your camera, and RYZN names the exercise and loads it into your workout. No more guessing what that contraption in the corner is called.

Fuel like a pro, not a calorie counter
Take a photo of your meal and RYZN recognizes the food, estimates macros, and logs it. Diet Coke in two seconds. Chipotle bowl in three. Voice-log a snack between sets. Built specifically for people who care about protein, calories, and recovery, not people obsessing over a 50-cal margin on a salad.

See your muscles work
A dynamic muscle map shows exactly what you're hitting, color-coded by volume so you can spot imbalances at a glance. No more "did I already train shoulders this week?" Drop the muscle map widget on your home screen to see your week's volume and workout count without opening the app.

Finish strong
Every completed workout ends with a summary card you can share: exercises completed, total volume, muscles trained. Show your work or keep it to yourself.

Your data, your account
Workouts, meals, and profile data sync to a private RYZN account so you can switch phones, pair an Apple Watch, or train across multiple devices. Delete everything from Settings any time. We never sell or share your data, period.

Designed for the dark
RYZN is built in dark mode because nobody wants a flashlight in their face between sets.

v1.3: Smarter workouts

• Identify any machine with your camera. Point your phone at a machine and RYZN names the exercise and adds it to your session.
• Drop sets. Add one with a single tap and keep the burn going.
• Time-based exercises. Planks, L-sits, and holds get a built-in countdown timer, with the same quick number pad you use for weights.
• Home screen widget. Your weekly muscle map and full workout count now live on your home screen and stay in sync with the app.
• Cleaner muscle maps. Crisper, flatter muscle figures across the app, including during a live workout.
• Cardio tracking. Log cardio with live heart rate and calorie estimates.
• Reliability and bug fixes throughout.

### 5/5 — Beautiful

*2026-07-03*

I’m only two days into my three day free trial and I have to say this app was created with a real passion. There has not been a single element of the app that I have not found to be over engineered which makes it that much more exciting to be using. I’m really excited to see where this brand continues to go, and I am honored to be one of the first few to stumble upon this!
