Users cannot change memberships, update payment methods, etc. What is the point of the app and why is there no customer service support option for this company? I like to use password manager to sign in however, this app won’t let you do it the easy way. This companies entire software stack makes me cringe as a software engineer. Ive never gone through sign in successfully on one try and my account is permanently set to a new account so it won’t show me the right options for haircuts. Simply horrible. The vibe coded splash of paint they added doesn’t fix the architecture issues making logging into this app a nightmare. If this place wasn't so awesome, I'd ditch them because of this app experience alone. (Talk about lucky.) For the love of all that is holy, please fix this. My account says it’s deleted on the app which states to call the store to have it corrected. They see my account as active but the app continues to say it’s deleted so I can’t do anything. Major Issue: The app logs me out every time I access the notifications by scrolling down from the top. This is absurd and needs urgent attention. Suggestions for Enhancement: 1) It would be helpful if the app could remember my favorite stylist and my last haircut style. Not only is she the best stylist I have found since moving to Iowa but she is just an amazing young woman. She has become a dear and beloved friend as well! Yes I am giving S&S 5 stars but it is because of this fabulous young woman and I must admit the 5 star treatment I get there too! With great love!
