Since installation about 10 days ago it works quite well. Only gave it a 4star for now has not been in use long enough yet to determine it properly. But so far it is fantastic

The app is attractive, it's well laid out, and generally fast. 

The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to get the solar panel view to rotate on iPhone. It's totally sideways on a 45° angle, so I can't zoom it up to see it more, because the edges will go off-screen. On the webpage, it has an option to click the compass at the bottom and rotate that. I thought a pinched to rotate on the iPhone or iPad would work, but it doesn't.

Otherwise, it's a really great app. More app developers could learn from this one.

Cette application est très pratique mais elle pourrait être améliorée en 2 points : 
- elle se déconnecte souvent du réseau, le DTU est régulièrement hors ligne ;
- il n’y a pas de rafraîchissement pour voir sa production instantanée. Si on veut cela, il faut fermer l’application et la rouvrir. Un petit bouton « vérifier ma production instantanée » serait bienvenu.

Also, nach meinem Empfinden sind alle Apps von HoyMiles für Installationen ohne ständigen Internetzugang und in der Bedienung absolut unterirdisch.
Abgesehen davon musste ich feststellen, dass der Wechselrichter ohne Sonnenlicht gar kein WLAN zur Verfügung stellt und dieser Umstand nirgends erwähnt wird. 
Dieser Eigenschaft hat mir eine stundenlange Suche nach der fehlenden Konnektivität im Internet beschert.

Ich persönlich möchte keine Cloud Lösung! 
In meinen Augen ist es absolut Sinn-befreit meine Daten nach China zu schicken um sie von dort gespeichert und dann aufbereitet zurückzubekommen. 
Außerdem ist es völlig unklar was passiert, wenn der Hersteller seinen Dienst einstellt.

Das nächste Mal wird es sicher kein HoyMiles!

Erst hat sich die Inbetriebnahme der Solaranlage mit der App als kompliziert und Nutzerunfreundlich herausgestellt, und jetzt kann man sich nicht mal von einem anderen Handy aus in die App einloggen!
So eine bescheidene Software ist mir schon lange nicht mehr untergekommen. 
Ich musste anrufen, damit jemand die Anlage „resettet“ (oder freischaltet?), bis die korrekt in der App funktioniert hat. Jetzt lässt mich die App nicht mal mehr einloggen. Beim erneuten Anruf in dem Laden heißt es heute, dass niemand von der Technik erreichbar sei, weil die alle auf einer Schulung wären. 
Das nennt man heute wohl Kundenservice.

This is likely a violation of Apple’s app policies.

The app refuses to let you login or load data if you are connected to ANY vpn (I use tailscale which is not a “public vpn”)

This used to work fine.
