Please update your apps . ### 2/5 — Complicated registration *2025-12-04, version 3.3.8* When I changed my phone, I still had significant amount of balance in the apps. The apps ‘refused’ to appear in my new phone that I had to upload a photo of me holding my IC for that complicated verification. The approval took hours. Why not just use latest photo and IC only instead of that embarrassing ‘mugshot’? By the way, the payment experience was good. ### 3/5 — Enlarge font size for the payment amount *2025-08-16, version 3.3.7* Kindly enlarge the font size of payment amount at the confirmation page. It is not elderly friendly and I can’t see the amount during confirmation. ### 1/5 — Not able to verify ID *2025-05-02, version 3.3.5* App gets stuck at verification page so am not able to set up an account. Every time have to fill in so much info, only to get to the verification page and is stuck, and have to start all over again. Seriously if you want to force everyone to use the app to pay for parking etc, at least MAKE SURE IT WORKS! Typical Malaysian attitude of doing things half hearted. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously finicky *2025-05-02, version 3.3.5* Always been trying to avoid this sad excuse of a fintech platform epitomised in its app as unstable as the company has been incompetent in providing a reliable platform - be it in the form of a usable phone application or timely support - neither have I had the fortune to be graced with. I’ve been trying to brute-force it on the possibility that it’s something wrong on my end - my phone or the camera or the internet connection. After having tried opening and closing the app, restarting my phone, and changing to WiFi and to data, it’s become clear that it’s no user error. It’s just technical problem with the app in the identity verification process. There are three stages: capturing a photo of the front of the IC, the back, then the user’s face. The first stage is usually okay as the camera would show up, allowing you to take the picture. However, the likelihood of the camera showing up would go down as you progress through the stages. Is this some novel form of gambling? Only the most fortunate shall have their identity verified by a fintech so endorsed by the Sarawakian government? Man, do I wish our government had chosen a better partner. ### 1/5 — Horrible app! Paid twice per transaction ?! Please fix asap! *2025-02-27, version 3.3.4* I’ve encountered this issue multiple times, yet it’s still not fixed. What the hell?! ### 1/5 — Registration issue *2025-02-19, version 3.3.4* How you want me look the same as the picture in my ic after years？！We are human beings not picture okay！Want us to look alike as same as in the ic！ helloooooo，if that person become chubby or got plastic surgery or anything else happen to their face which make the face looks slightly different with the ic，then that person no need login already la？！such a ridiculous apps you have🗿Please fixed the kind of problem thank you！So speechless ### 4/5 — Need more security upgrade *2025-01-04, version 3.3.1* My account was suspended TWICE due to multiple logins from an unknown person. The first time, I could excuse, perhaps due to SKAS. But the second suspension made me realised: this app need a newer security feature. Please add on NOTIFICATIONS from attempting logins to our personal number during the first attempt. Don’t just text us when the account has been suspended. Maybe add on TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATIONS. If GMAIL / FB / IG could do it, S Pay Global could do it to. I even tried calling Support Centre but ALL lines were busy. Add more helpline workers! ### 1/5 — New user?
