LET'S GO AFTER ACTIVATION BY YOUR SPARKASSE You can start with the S-pushTAN app if you are registered for the pushTAN procedure and have got your personal registration letter. 1 - Apply for the pushTAN procedure or switch from your previously used procedure at the online branch of your Sparkasse. 2 - Download the S-pushTAN app to your iPhone or iPad for free. 3 - As soon as you have received the registration letter from your Sparkasse, start setting up the S-pushTAN app. SAFETY • The S-pushTAN app communicates exclusively encrypted via tested interfaces and ensures secure data transfer according to German online banking requirements. • Access to S-pushTAN is protected by a password you have chosen and optionally by Touch ID or Face ID. • The app automatically locks after a short period of time, which means that your data is secured as much as possible even if the iPhone or iPad gets lost. • The German TÜV confirms these highest safety standards. Not recommended for overseas people, travelers or anyone really. **Developer response:** That is, of course, not the impression we want to leave. Da es mein letztes Geld war, rannte ich weinend zur Sparkassenfiliale und fragte, was zu tun sei. Die Sparkassenmitarbeiterin sagte, sie hätte das Problem notiert und eine Beschwerde eingereicht und sagte außerdem, dass ich ein bis zwei Wochen warten müsse. Ich wartete, aber leider kam das Geld nie an. Also ging ich erneut in die Filiale und sprach die Sparkassenmitarbeiterin an, und sie antwortete, dass es keine Beschwerde gäbe. Die Mitarbeiterin, zu der ich das erste Mal gekommen war, hatte mich betrogen! Die zweite Mitarbeiterin beschwerte sich, aber auch nach zwei Wochen war das Geld nicht angekommen. Ich wünsche niemandem diese Bank, diese lügnerischen Mitarbeiter und Betrüger. Wegen dieses Vorfalls habe ich mir Geld geliehen, um mit meinem Kind etwas zum Leben zu haben.
