### 3/5 — Suggestion for bettering

*2024-11-21, version 3.3.3*

I used to absolutely love this app. But it seems that all the exercises I’m doing at the moment arn’t in the app at all under any variation of the names. Really disappointing as now I can’t track my progress. It’d be great if there was an option to add your own exercises and the areas they target

### 3/5 — Custom exercise

*2024-10-24, version 3.3.3*

Seems solid overall but lacking the ability to add your own exercise and dictate the muscles groups

### 3/5 — Missing option to add custom exercise / note

*2024-07-02, version 3.3.2*

The app is great BUT:

- I can’t add mu workout as two exercises are missing and I don't see any option to add a custom one.

- I also do hip thrusts on one leg at a time, so i really miss an option to add a shorty visible note under the default exercise name…

### 2/5 — So much potential

*2024-03-24, version 3.3.1*

But it feels wasted. The subscription so high, but honestly not worth it. The amount of bugs is not reasonable. You can’t clone workouts. It’s the little things.

On top of which, the app not being updated in eight months is concerning. The second this app becomes updated it will be worth the subscription cost.

### 3/5 — Good but missing some things

*2024-03-10, version 3.3.1*

I like this app so far because I want to be able to simply plan and record my workouts with nothing too fancy. I just wish there was an option to write in your own exercises, unless I’m missing it? The available exercise list is pretty extensive but there are some mat pilates moves that aren’t listed that I would like to be able document just to help myself keep track of my own routines

### 2/5 — Lost exercices history

*2023-06-19, version 3.2.0*

Could you bring back the exercise history to see our progression. We lost this feature in the new update.

### 2/5 — New version is not good

*2023-06-02, version 3.1.0*

New UI is awkward. Very buggy as well. Don’t upgrade if you havent yet

### 2/5 — Pro settings not working

*2023-04-14, version 2.7.1*

The target rep and set range can be set and show up in the Edit exercises part of the app but do t show up in the workout section which make it an absolute pain to remember all the planned sets and reps.

### 3/5 — It could be better

*2022-09-26, version 2.7.1*

This is a good app for starting out, but it is missing some exercise types, like hammer exercises, that target different muscles. I think it has a lot of potential, but they definitely need to expand their workout bank

### 4/5 — Great but they don’t want my money

*2022-07-06, version 2.7.1*

The app is great, it has everything I need to track workouts (except maybe tracking weight with plates), but I’ve been trying to upgrade to the pro version all week and the button just doesn’t work.

### 4/5 — Health app sync

*2022-06-05, version 2.7.1*

I really like this app because of its minimalistic layout and that it isn't overcomplicated. However, the only negative is that there are no settings and data from this app don't automatically sync with the Apple Health app.

### 3/5 — Good app, no upgrade option

*2020-10-25, version 2.7.1*

Overall the app is pretty good, does its job nicely. UI is user-friendly, easy to navigate. So far it hasn’t crashed, works smoothly. There are some features though that are only available in the PRO version, but the button to buy the PRO version doesn’t work. What’s up with that?

### 1/5 — Can’t renew subscription, can’t use the app

*2025-09-08*

My annual subscription expired and there is no longer a way for me to purchase another annual subscription. When I try to start a workout, the “you need a subscription” modal is displayed, but the Subscribe Now button is disabled.

How do I resubscribe? The app is useless without a subscription.

**Developer response:** Will fix!

### 1/5 — New UI is atrocious

*2023-06-02, version 3.1.0*

Been using this app for a long time, it worked fine, I could see all my old stats from previous workouts in 1 place, now I need to leave the workout and go on a treasure hunt because it only shows the last workout. The old UI was great, it was fairly simple and it worked, everything you wanted was accessible from the 1 place. The new UI is fidgety, inputting workouts, numbers and sets has been made harder, and now on top of that you get spammed to buy the pro version after every set, and you can’t click out of it and are forced to close the app.

Go back to the old interface, it worked, this new interface is atrocious. I would rather use my notes app than this garbage atm.

### 1/5 — Strongly > S2

*2023-05-31, version 3.1.0*

Guys, took you 5 years to release a downgrade? From a simple easy to use app to ugly complicated. :( give me back my Strongly app

### 1/5 — Updated strongly

*2023-05-31, version 3.1.0*

Trash UI. To the point of uselessness.

### 1/5 — Older version better and less expensive

*2023-05-28, version 3.0.1*

Older version better and less expensive

### 1/5 — No cardio exercises

*2023-05-25, version 3.0.0*

Non ci sono gli esercizi cardio: cyclette, ellittica. There are no cardio exercises: indoor bike, elliptical.

### 1/5 — Want a refund

*2023-05-18, version 2.7.1*

I updated to the PRO version hoping it would make the user interface easier with more capabilities to utilize the app and it did not at all. There is no where on the app to request a refund. It’s not easy to use at all. For someone that’s been weight training and bodybuilding for 10 years and wants to transition to logging workouts on my phone, this is not an easy step by step logging tool. It also doesn’t include basic exercises for example “hip thrust” and I had to customize my own, then it didn’t even save.

### 1/5 — Looked great but didn’t deliver

*2022-09-29, version 2.7.1*

Was looking up workout tracker reviews and this came up. Started out great. I could make a customs work and select my exercises but when I went to add reps and sets I could only do so if I upgraded to Pro. I was still interested so I went to upgrade and see what the subscription was but it wouldn’t allow me to upgrade, only renew.

### 1/5 — Looks nice

*2022-06-06, version 2.7.1*

Looks nice, but the link to upgrade don’t work

### 1/5 — Unable to delete account

*2020-02-14, version 2.7.1*

Made an account to use app but decided to not use anymore but unable to delete account through app or website

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — One of the best for gym rats 😉

*2026-04-07, version 3.3.3*

This app is for those who know their way around the gym, and don’t need blurry “instructional” videos or pics within the app - just a simple and pure logging tool for your weights, reps and sets. Easy to use and navigate. Bravo!.. P.S: would be great if the app could connect to Apple Health to upload the training session data + the Apple watch app.

### 5/5 — Flexible, easy to use

*2025-09-16, version 3.3.3*

I’ve tried about 1,000,000 weight lifting log apps. This one does everything I need, no more, no less. Love the ease of entry. The scroll wheels are much preferred to a text box that opens the keyboard. Perfect.

### 5/5 — Straightforward app

*2025-07-14, version 3.3.3*

Great app, simple and functional; just download and start using it. No publicity, no unuseful buttons or visual elements; clean design and easy to use. A lot of exercises to pick.
A few days ago a year plan subscription promp put, don’t know what additional functions could have but if it’s for support; it worth.

### 5/5 — Great, easy to enter

*2024-08-26*

Very flexible app and easy entry.

One issue when entering fractions of a pound. There’s a white circle to the right of the rollers, but there’s no indicator for if it’s at 0, .25, .5, or .75. Just have to enter, then delete and adjust if it’s wrong. Please give a visual indicator for where fractions of a pound are set.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the review! I'm fixing that bug as we speak. Best, David

### 5/5 — Adds elevated

*2023-09-25, version 3.3.1*

I made a review 2 months ago. I redact it! It’s a great app now lol. I’ve recommended it to some people and they say they have to pay to do more than 2 workouts which is a bit how ya going but I don’t pay so it’s good for me x pls don’t track me down to make me pay for workouts

### 5/5 — Love the new upgrade

*2023-06-03, version 3.1.0*

Love the new look and added exercises. The UI is intuitive and I’m able to quickly track my workouts. Thanks for the updates!

### 5/5 — Best

*2022-09-29, version 2.7.1*

Once you get the hang of it quite simple and quick

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2021-10-04, version 2.7.1*

Simple free workout tracker with stop watch and great UI!

### 5/5 — Incredibly beautiful

*2020-12-30, version 2.7.1*

This is the best workout logger I’ve ever used. Looking as good as it feels. In addition to its nice-looking interface, the app is very easy to use. Enjoyed ever time I opened it. Appreciate that

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2020-02-27, version 2.7.1*

Just what i need, but can’t upgrade to PRO, the button is broken.
