It’s not getting any better even after many updates. Every time I try to log in it’s shows “update” after updating i can clock in but next time try to log in it don’t register my clock in

How many updates can one app need. It keeps logging me out every time so I have to put my password in every time I need to check my rota. Not helpful guys. Can you please sort that out.

This app is brilliant when it does work, easy access to rotas and holiday requests/allowance. But the issue is it only ever seems to work half the time you bloody need it to! Frequent issues with being logged out of the app (it forgets to use facial ID!), not being able to login, and not being able to tap in for shifts! No idea what causes such frequent issues but it’s driving me crazy! I wish my employer would go back to paper timesheets at this rate!

Lasted issue after today’s update is that I can’t submit holiday or unavailability….

Didn’t think it was possible to get worse.

takes unnecessarily long to load, cant see my holiday request reasons after approval, clicking your next shift on the home page just takes you to the full week instead of that shift. ‘shift for grabs’ should be ‘shifts for grabs’. when you have selected a date range for holiday and change to authorised absence the date range resets. tap in/out often doesnt work (‘invalid token’) my next shift on the home page often shows one venue and when i click on the week view it shows the actual venue im working at. 
if this app was streamlined a bit then it would be way less of a pain to use, seems low effort and sloppy.
