Почти всегда покупал билеты через Тинькофф и после этого докупал класс обслуживания до бизнеса через приложение или сайт. В общем, был фанатом компании и не скупился на перелеты с ними. Вот и в этот раз полетел в Петербург из Новосибирска с s7. По традиции взял билеты в Тинькофф и докупил бизнес напрямую в приложении s7. Все было хорошо, однако, когда я также решил докупить бизнес в день вылета из Петербурга в Новосибирск - столкнулся с отвратительной работой системы бронирования. Ни в приложении, ни на сайте система не позволила мне ни повысить класс обслуживания, ни просто изменить места! Кнопки для этих действий есть, но при нажатии на них ничего не происходит. Я попробовал на сайте - тоже самое, кнопки есть, но они ни куда не ведут. Позвонил в поддержку - дозванивался до них 15 минут и еще 15 они мне говорили, что изменить места или класс обслуживания я могу только НА стойке регистрации в Аэропорту! Их система запретила мне менять места в приложении и на сайте и помочь они ни чем не могут, даже через оператора я не могу изменить место или докупить опции, только в аэропорту! Почему так произошло и в чем причина ошибки мне ни кто объяснить не смог, просто сказали «такое иногда бывает, обращайтесь на стойку регистрации, возможно там смогут помочь». Теперь не буду летать s7, если у них в норме вещей брать и без причин запрещать докупать доп опции и ничего с этим не делать. ### 1/5 — Мошенничество с билетами *2022-08-15, version 5.0.9* Летал s7 много лет, был золотой статус. Была лучшая авиакомпания Сейчас-просто мошенники! На сайте билет заказать невозможно, хотя цена/даты висят. Через коллцентр цена оказывается в 5 раз выше.
