For a governmental app this is embarrassing. Successively created an account, received email confirmation but then when attempting to login tells me I don’t have an account registered!?! ### 1/5 — Error submitting the form *2026-07-16* Every time I try to submit the form I get an error message saying it didn’t go through. Just recently downloaded it for a trip to SA in July 2026. Never worked. Nobody checked and just wasted time. Declaration when you arrive in a country is fine (if it works) but for a tourist visiting this country I don’t understand why I need to declare my belongings when I leave… Never experienced this anywhere I have travelled in the world. How are tourists supposed to have a South African mobile phone number?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? ### 1/5 — Can’t register *2026-07-03* This app is meant for travellers in and out of SA. Which by definition means you could be of any nationality entering SA. However, the first step of the app requires you to enter a South African address in order to register.
