It needs for things on the app 
Like job calendar to keep track of jobs and employees

The app has basically stayed the same since its initial development, it’s very basic and not terribly intuitive requiring a lot of redundant screen taps and so on. yes I can capture invoices on it, but it’s quite time-consuming and the order of operations has not been well thought out. The welcome screen has useless graphs and the lack of even a pin login system let alone touch id is a real drag. I realize it’s a small company but there is no clear roadmap to what’s going to be developed and so I’m looking into alternatives.

What a terrible app 😂

Honestly, rather not create an app than add the most basic, useless iteration. Very Saasu-esk, considering how bad the web app is. We’re already in the process of moving to Xero. Don’t give this company anymore money to do nothing.

I was hoping the app would assist me to make quick payments but no. It lacks even basic functionality. Very disappointing.

Really very basic. 
I allocate my transactions as journals. The app doesn’t allow that. Useless to me. Free apps from airline companies offer smarter functions! This is a paid accounting software.

I would love to know why Saasu gives so little priority to developing a functional and competitive app. We have worked with Saasu for 8 years and every year we are more tempted to leave them to pick up any one of the more capable and functional competitors online accounting software because of the fantastic apps for IPhones that are available. Who are the priority customers for  Saasu ? Clearly not iPhone enabled business.

What a waste of time, needs major overhaul

One would hope to have an update after 3 years. The app looks and behaves like a prototype. Some UX refinements are urgently required. Please invest in this app. I like the Saasu SaaS service but the app is a joke.

The app basically doesn't have any of the functionality it needs to have. You can't even do basic stuff with it. I really like Saasu and have used them for ages. They're good value and very usable via desktop browser, but the app just doesn't cut it.

As a long time user I am very happy. App could be better but the careful thought that has gone into a truly global system but still kept easy to learn is remarkable.

We’ve recently switched over and are really loving the system, it’s perfect for a small business as it’s easy to keep a track of everything going on. Definitely more user friendly than other products we’ve used before, would highly recommend.

Need better security, either an app PIN or ideally Touch ID as well. I don't want to have to log in/out every time I use the app but have no choice. Also 1Password integration would be great!
