Instructions clearly say how to upload my artwork and yet what they say to do is completely missing. Worst part, you then have to start searching from the beginning. I would like to be able to find and support artists of color, and they seem underrepresented. (I’ve spent a lot of time on the app over more than a year.) The app is very infrequently updated. Some basic functions, like being able to remove favorites from your list, are missing. (If you favorite a piece, you’re stuck with it on your favorite list forever.) And if you add art to your cart, there is no way to tap on the item in your cart and return to the listing. The search function is very good. Lots of ways to filter. I especially enjoy finding and following artists I like and looking at the art they favorite. ### 2/5 — Viewing prints is buggy. *2020-11-29, version 2.8.1* Buttons to view prints disappear. Don’t give me the run around when I did all the steps properly! ### 2/5 — Unstable, poor customer feedback, limited functions *2020-10-15, version 2.8.1* App has regularly failed to upload art, is extremely slow due to bad server hosting and web design, stretches the images to fit into squares (a cardinal sin) and my clients often joke about how bad this platform is to artists that actually sell. Issues are well documented and they regularly fail to address them. Bummer. 🥺 ### 4/5 — Needs Update *2020-09-08, version 2.7.3* I love this app for browsing and buying art, but it needs to be updated for technical issues and content. It’s still showing the “Best of July” in September and the latest curated week is 8/24/20. Also, I have never been able to login on the app, anytime I click on the profile it locks the app and I have to close it out and reopen. I cannot log into my account on the app however. Whenever I attempt to log in the screen freezes and I can’t hit the back button. I have to force quit every time. Not sure why, I can be logged in and still not find or view my artist profile. Website only if you’re an artist, the app is completely worthless for us. ### 1/5 — Error cannot… *2025-09-26, version 2.19.0* Can’t even create a profile because it errors every time I try to load any kind of image followed what the system said in regards to size type and everything still continues to error. I’m an artist who was looking to create a profile and honestly, this app is trash complete waste of my time. I had a client purchase a piece of art - Saatchi arranged for the shipping and my piece ended up damaged and ruined when it arrived to the client.
