غالبية الوظائف من مصادر خارجية وما تقدر تقدم عليها من المنصة مباشرة تحتاج تتواصل مع الجهة الموظفة !! الرواتب ضعيفة والوظايف محدودة

عشان تقدم على الوظائف لازم تفصح عن معلومات كثيرة خاصة ما تحتاج تفصح عنها في الوظيفة مثل تاريخ الميلاد والحالة الاجتماعية و سيلة المواصلات بالإضافة إلى ان التطبيق يطلب منك تصوير مقطع تعريفي عن نفسك غير كذا ما تقدر تقدم على اي  وظيفة ( كل الخطوات السابقة إلزامية). بالإضافة لذلك بعد تحميل التطبيق تحملت عدة مستندات مجهولة باسم التطبيق في ملفات الجهاز

يعني المفروض ان التطبيق يسهل الوصول لوظيفة بس التعقيد اللي فيه يخليك مستحيل توصل لوظيفة!
يومين وانا اعبي بيانات واكتب وكل شوي الشروط تتعقد اكثر والا لازم ارفع صورة وجهك وش يبون بوجهي وانا بقدم وظيفة عن بعد؟؟ ولا بعد ارفع فديو تكلم فيه والا مايفتح لك الوظايف!
حتى رفع سيڤي ماعندهم لازم تعبي يدوي بنفسك!
واخرتها مافيه الا ست وظايف
من اغبى التطبيقات اللي ماتعرف شي عن عميلها

تسجيل الفيديو شيء جديد، ولكن ودنا تعرف أنه الطريقة الأفضل لك وتختصر عليك المشاوير، والان تقدر تقدم على الوظائف من غير الفيديو التعريفي 😉
كل الفيدوهات المسجلة في المنصة فقط يشوفها أصحاب الشركات اللي أنت راح تختارها وتقدم عليها بنفسك، وتذكر مافيه توتر أو رهبة بالمقابلة يعني بتكون واثق من نفسك وتبرز مهارات تواصلك بأفضل شكل حتى تختارك الشركات.😉

وبخصوص البنات تقدرين تسجلين الفيديو والصورة وأنتي بحجابك أو بنقابك الأهم أنك تطلعين بالشكل الإحترافي واللي راح تداومين فيه.🧕🏻👌🏻
