The app does not crash or require you to update the password every time you use it we are able to transfer money as needed. Now Sabine should work on getting a debit card with touch pay on it. ### 3/5 — Glitch too much *2026-04-02* As of lately I have to constantly close out the app and wait hours before it lets me sign in to check my account. I’ve deleted the app twice hoping to get the Face ID function to begin working again and it helped the first time, but it started not allowing me to use the Face ID function shortly after it started working again. UGH! This is really aggravating! This glitch needs tone fixed ASAP! ### 4/5 — Easy *2019-09-27* This is a good, straightforward app. However, I do NOT like the “Save ID” option, on the sign-in page, pre-selected by default. The default setting on the toggle button for “Save ID” should be in the “OFF” position. Also, I would like to be able to pull up prior statements, instead of only the current month. ### 5/5 — Driving me crazy. *2019-06-30* Since the online website has been update??? every time I sign in I have to verify 3 times. I wouldn’t mind that so much but after I am allowed into my account I have to get a verification code every time I switch between accounts. Sometimes 10-15 times before I complete my business. This is ridiculous for a system which is suppose to make banking easier and quicker. Please fix this problem, I have been with SFCU for at least 40 years.
