As of lately I have to constantly close out the app and wait hours before it lets me sign in to check my account. The “Log In” button is always grayed out after putting in my password. Very inconvenient and inconsistent

This is a good, straightforward app. However, I do NOT like the “Save ID” option, on the sign-in page, pre-selected by default. The default setting on the toggle button for “Save ID” should be in the “OFF” position. Also, I would like to be able to pull up prior statements, instead of only the current month.

I can do most things I need to do with the features in the current version, though, I would like to see a feature that allows for transfers to external accounts. I can do this via online banking, but in-app would be much more convenient. Thank you for your continued support.

The app functionality and ability to be able to use is very good. The app does not crash or require you to update the password every time you use it we are able to transfer money as needed. Now Sabine should work on getting a debit card with touch pay on it.

For the most part, the app is very useful, but I agree with the post I just read that the app glitches the Face ID function way too much. I’ve deleted the app twice hoping to get the Face ID function to begin working again and it helped the first time, but it started not allowing me to use the Face ID function shortly after it started working again. UGH! This is really aggravating! This glitch needs tone fixed ASAP!

Since the online website has been update??? every time I sign in I have to verify 3 times.  I wouldn’t mind that so much but after I am allowed into my account I have to get a verification code every time I switch between accounts.  Sometimes 10-15 times before I complete my business.  This is ridiculous for a system which is suppose to make banking easier and quicker.   Please fix this problem, I have been with SFCU for at least 40 years.

The app is convenient to use to check balances and charges, but it there’s sometimes delays between when something is charged and when it actually shows up (like a couple of days) so it leads you to believe you have more money than you actually do. It also glitches on the Face ID log in quite frequently. Overall, it’s a good app though.
