## What is Sabzi?

Do you like tracking things about your life?

How much you sleep,
How often you exercise,
How much you spend eating out...
That sort of thing.

I do. And I found that there are about a thousand apps out there, each one built to track just one of these things.

I wanted something that lets me track anything, and keeps all of my tracking data in one place.

That's Sabzi.

It comes with three building blocks: Activities, Events, and Numbers. Most things that happen in our lives can be tracked as one of these.

And most importantly: build dashboards that always show you the metrics you care about.

You can bring in data from other devices and platforms you use for self-tracking, such as Fitbit and Apple Health.
