## What is Sacked in the Morning!?

You are a football manager one bad run from the sack.

Every week gives you two things. A result you did not choose, and a crisis you
must answer in twenty-four seconds. The dressing room wants one thing. The
board wants the opposite. The back page is already written either way.

Results are not a button you press. They come out of your squad, its morale
and its form — and those come out of the decisions you have been making for
weeks. Back the rebel striker and the lads notice. Sell him and the terrace
notices. You will find out which was right in March.

WHEN THEY SACK YOU, YOU DO NOT START AGAIN

You take a worse job. A smaller club, a thinner squad, a board with less
patience and a ground with a hole in the roof. The career is the game, and it
goes down at least as often as it goes up. Your record follows you: every club,
every win rate, and the division graph nobody frames.

FOUR PEOPLE TO DISAPPOINT

Board, Dressing Room, Fans, Press. Let any of them hit zero and you are gone by
Sunday morning. Please all of them and you will find out that being adored is
its own kind of problem.

NO NONSENSE

Every club, player, manager, competition and newspaper is invented. There is no
betting, no odds, no wagering. There are no adverts, no purchases, no accounts
and no data collection — the whole thing runs on your phone and works with the
signal off.

Sessions are three to six minutes. Long enough for a coffee, short enough for
the bus.
