## What is Sackville Flyers?

The Sackville Performance APP was designed for SMHA hockey athlete’s.  Access strength and conditioning programs, mental performance training and skill development training (coming soon). Connect with your team and coach’s! 


System Features:

Age appropriate programs. Exercises clearly defined with video support.

Progress tracking motivates athletes as milestones are achieved.

System scheduler allows you to keep track of your workouts, competitions and
recovery days.

Lifestyle and Performance Data Collection and Reporting.

Daily questionnaire tracks lifestyle metrics of hydration, sleep, nutrition and
recovery.

Weekly progress reports are generated by the system and sent to the athlete (and
parents) via email.

System stores and maintains performance data in your individual athlete profile.

Nutrition access to weekly nutrition blog providing recommendations, recipes and tips for recovery strategies and dietary adherence
