App won’t download a completed program and is often very slow to email. ### 1/5 — Rarely Works *2022-08-01* I love the idea of this app. It has worked a few times. I have deleted and downloaded several times to no avail. I created a new account to see if that would work - it worked a couple of times. I sent an email for help but did not ever receive a response. I hope they get it figured out. My ward uses this app it is a bummer it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Wards are outdated *2021-05-24* Our Stake split many years ago. The app doesn’t show any of the new Wards and you can’t manually add your Ward. I am using ipad pro. ### 3/5 — Needs a little work. *2020-01-09* We have downloaded this app and it is easy to use but the missionaries have quite a gap between them when you view the finished program. Though there are some improvement and can’t wait for the next update to be made but this is a great start. I would like for the creator of this app to work with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to link this platform with the LDS Tool. New Ward, new Calling, and no time to prepare… This app saved my sanity and stress level. Everyone is complimenting me on the new Programs and how neat, clean and readable they are. All the credit goes to this app! It’s structured well, and with a bit of tweaking here and there, to fit my needs, it’s coming together beautifully. I had an issue with trying to upload my own cover photos and I contacted the app support. He helped me through it, step by step.
