I got this app two years ago. Ever since it has become a pillar for me. I went into this app with little to no meditation experience and have reached new states of meditative awareness I did not fully think could be possible. The more I meditate, the more I find myself to be reflective and open minded, which are amazing gifts. It feels like I am finding myself once more in the busy loud chaotic world of today, it is liberating. I went into this app with high hopes, and I am far from disappointed.
